Cookies notice.

We use a small number of first-party cookies via HubSpot and Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and attribute enquiries. We do not use any advertising or social-network tracking.

What we set

When you visit this website, HubSpot's tracking script sets the following first-party cookies in your browser. They help us understand how the site is used and which marketing channels lead to enquiries.

HubSpot (analytics and enquiry attribution):

  • __hstc, expires after 6 months. The main HubSpot tracking cookie. Records the time of your first and most recent visit and the number of visits.
  • hubspotutk, expires after 6 months. A unique anonymous identifier used to deduplicate visitors.
  • __hssc, expires when you close the browser. Tracks the current session.
  • __hssrc, expires when you close the browser. Records that you started a new session.

Google Analytics 4 (anonymous traffic statistics):

  • _ga, expires after 2 years. Distinguishes unique visitors. IP addresses are anonymised before Google receives them.
  • _ga_QG2SMPW0S0, expires after 2 years. Persists session state for this property.

What we do not set

We do not run any advertising trackers (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, TikTok, etc). We do not run any cross-site profiling. We do not sell your data.

Form submissions

When you submit our contact form, your enquiry is sent directly to HubSpot, our customer relationship management system. See our privacy notice for full details on how enquiry data is handled and your rights under UK GDPR.

How to refuse or remove these cookies

You can clear cookies for this site at any time from your browser settings, or block them entirely using your browser's privacy controls or an extension. Doing so will not break the website. We will add a cookie consent banner in a future update.
