Who we are

Care Home Cloud is a digital agency for residential care homes, assisted living and retirement homes, based in Bristol & remote, UK. We are the data controller for any personal data you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you submit our enquiry form, we collect:

• your name and the care home you work for
• your work email address and phone number
• optional details you choose to share about your digital setup
• your marketing consent preference

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers or social pixels on this website.

Why we collect it

We use your contact information to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a consultation, and (only with your consent) to send you occasional emails about residential care digital topics. The lawful basis is consent under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a) for marketing, and legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) for replying to a direct enquiry.

Where it lives

Enquiries are stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system. HubSpot is our data processor under a standard data processing agreement. They store data in EU and US data centres under standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

If you become a client, we keep your contact information for the duration of our engagement plus seven years for accounting purposes. If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry from HubSpot after 24 months of inactivity. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, email hello@carehome.cloud.
