This notice explains what personal data Care Home Cloud collects, why we collect it, and what your rights are under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Care Home Cloud is a digital agency for residential care homes, assisted living and retirement homes, based in London & remote, UK. We are the data controller for any personal data you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you submit our enquiry form, we collect:
- your name and the care home you work for
- your work email address and phone number
- optional details you choose to share about your digital setup
- your marketing consent preference
We use HubSpot's tracking code and Google Analytics 4 on this website to understand which pages visitors look at and to attribute enquiries to marketing channels. This sets a small number of first-party cookies in your browser. We do not use advertising trackers, social pixels, or any tracking that profiles you across other websites.
Why we collect it
We use your contact information to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a consultation, and (only with your consent) to send you occasional emails about residential care digital topics. The lawful basis is consent under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a) for marketing, and legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) for replying to a direct enquiry.
Where it lives
Enquiries are stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system, and Mailerlite, our email platform (only if you tick the marketing consent box). Both are our data processors under standard data processing agreements. HubSpot stores data in EU and US data centres under standard contractual clauses. Mailerlite stores data in the EU. Anonymous traffic statistics are aggregated by Google Analytics 4.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, we keep your contact information for the duration of our engagement plus seven years for accounting purposes. If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry from HubSpot after 24 months of inactivity. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, email hello@carehome.cloud.

This website sets a small number of first-party cookies via HubSpot to measure traffic and attribute enquiries. It sets no advertising or social-network cookies. See the cookies notice for the full list.
